About the Role
We are seeking a senior member of our team to work closely with stakeholders and collaborate on HR initiatives. This role is pivotal in delivering specialist employee relations and industrial relations advice across the organisation.
The successful candidate will lead the development of corporate HR policies, manage complex casework, and contribute to key people and culture projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality advice and support on employee and industrial relations.
- Lead the creation / review of corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines related to human resources.
- Participate in and lead various projects to develop people and culture services.
- Build trusted relationships with Members, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Operational and Strategic Balance
- Leadership Experience as a HR leader
- Advanced experience in industrial relations including complex case management
- Project Leadership
- Writing Proficiency
- Team Collaboration
- Interpersonal Skills
A tertiary qualification or equivalent extensive experience/combined education, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience within human resources.
