Key Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tackling complex business and technology challenges across various industries and technologies.

You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business outcomes and customer success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop customized data analysis and visualization tools to monitor changing technical and business conditions in real-time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in technical business development or a related field.
  • BS degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of core networking principles and application protocols.
  • Familiarity with internet-based applications and related technologies.
