We're looking for a Solutions Analyst Consultant to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who has a technical background, enjoys working collaboratively across teams, translating complex requirements into actionable insights, and ensuring successful project delivery.
You'll work closely with the team and technical product owners & architects to break down work into epics, features, and stories, and specify acceptance criteria, when working in agile teams, to enable the effective planning and delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories in collaboration with Solution Designers and Developers.
  • Partner with architecture teams to validate solution designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Support testing phases by verifying that solutions meet defined requirements and business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and traceable documentation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide continuous support to ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations and align with strategic business goals.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, business process workflows, and detailed project reports.
  • Collaborate closely with client project teams to drive successful solution delivery and adoption.
  • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams within the client's organization.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, proactively resolving issues or escalating them when necessary to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microservices, APIs, API GWs.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and working with diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis.
  • Experience working across multiple projects.
