"Technical Solutions Developer"

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to design and implement standardized solutions for our customers.

  • You will research and diagnose customer issues related to system integration.
  • Resolve and follow up on customer issues.
  • Manage escalated events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, test, and maintain systems to complete implementation projects.
  • Consult with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives.
  • Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform initial technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues.
  • Work with EDI partners, trading partners, and 3PL's.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results.
  • Technical skills: xml and ERP accounting software such as Cin7, Dear, MYOB, Xero, Unleashed, Quickbooks.
  • EDI is a plus.
  • Experience with palleting and cartoning of products, pick n pack, order fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of 3PL's.
