Rate Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our group payroll team in a pivotal role shaping how we manage and maintain rate structures across multiple business units.

This is an opportunity to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all rate-related data, supporting annual remuneration review cycles, EBA adjustments, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Maintain and update rate data across various systems, including SAP and Workforce Dimensions.
  • Support the design and implementation of rate structures and exception processes.
  • Conduct audits and system monitoring to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage rate changes and reporting.
  • Lead testing and deployment of system changes related to rates.
  • Provide training and documentation for internal users.
  • Act as the first point of contact for rate-related queries and vendor coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP HR/Payroll data maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP reporting tools (Spinifex, Ad-Hoc Query).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases.
  • Understanding of Australian industrial legislation and payroll compliance.
  • Experience with auditing and maintaining rates in complex environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
