The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $110,073, plus generous superannuation contributions and leave loading payments. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT administrative services leader to join our team at UNSW Australia. As a key member of our operations division, you will be responsible for coordinating general administration across the university, delivering an efficient support service to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration team to provide high-quality administrative services to the university community.
  • Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet business needs.
  • Provide expert advice and technical knowledge regarding administrative services to stakeholders.
  • Oversee finance activities for the administration team.
  • Support the delivery of projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.Demonstrated ability to supervise, influence, and guide staff.Highly advanced interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
