Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue and Property Administration Officer to join our team on a 3 month contract position based in Logan Central.

The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry and word processing skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They will be responsible for updating rates files, importing new costs, processing approved journals and refunds, and making owner suppressed records available for rating.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating rates files and performing reconciliations
  • Importing new costs and compiling rates adjustments
  • Processing approved journals and refunds
  • Making owner suppressed records available for rating
  • Printing title transfers and title search checks

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to provide timely and appropriate responses to internal and external customers. They will also possess a proven literacy, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
