Lead OSHC Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our PCYC East Brisbane OSHC Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care services to children.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for interacting with and supervising children, while delivering engaging and inclusive programs that cater to their unique strengths, needs, and interests.

A minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children is required for this position. While formal qualifications are not essential, experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to succeed in a supportive workplace and be committed to providing exceptional service to our members.
