Hotel Operations Director

The successful candidate will oversee all operational aspects of a boutique hotel and restaurant, including revenue management, rooms division, and food and beverage services.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of hotel functions including Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, and Rooms division.
- Developing relationships with stakeholders including regional Shared services, property owners, guests, and clients.
- Delivering exceptional service and professionalism.
- Management of Financial budgets, reporting, and cost control.
- Focusing on recruiting, leading, and developing the team.
