Senior Digital Growth Leader

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the strategic roadmap to drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This involves leading a team of two direct reports and owning the commercial outcomes for digital growth.

The successful candidate will champion innovation and deliver seamless, customer-first digital journeys that set a new benchmark for the energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a multi-year digital growth strategy and roadmap using prioritisation frameworks.
  2. Conduct cost–benefit analyses and build business cases for digital investment.
  3. Collaborate with UX, data, and subject matter experts to run customer research and usability testing.
  4. Define product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways.
  5. Provide strategic updates to senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.


Requirements:

  1. Significant experience in a similar digital product management role with a focus on acquisition and revenue growth.
  2. Experience creating, owning and delivering strategies and roadmaps.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering measurable business impact.
  4. Excellent influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills.
  5. Data-driven mindset with expertise in experimentation and optimisation.
  6. Personal resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
