Mid-Senior Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Mid-Senior Team Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive results in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will work closely with clients and employers to build strong partnerships that create real opportunities for inclusive employment. Your experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions. They will be proactive, organized, and lead by example, championing our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
• Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
• Current Driver's License - essential
