The Technical Service Manager will deliver face-to-face and virtual technical training for dealerships, develop and maintain training content, and provide in-field support to technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering technical training and developing training content aligned with global standards;">
  • Providing in-field technical support, mentoring, and diagnostics assistance to technicians;">
  • Monitoring and analysing technical trends to resolve recurring issues and improve product quality;">
  • Collaborating with OEMs, engineers, and internal teams to manage recalls, service campaigns, and technical communications.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • More than 3 years of technical experience in distribution or workshop settings, with exposure to dealership service operations and NEV systems;">
  • Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) required;">
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results in dynamic environments;">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's licence.">
