Centre Manager RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our team at Eden Academy Seaford. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for up to 123 children, while also supporting the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
- Ensure the centre is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety
- Build and maintain relationships with families and the local community
- Manage centre operations, including budgeting and resource allocation

We are looking for a leader with a big heart and a passion for providing the very best care for children. You will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent, a current Working with Children Check, and a strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards. You will also have Australian working rights and a warm, welcoming presentation.
