Job Summary:

The Centre Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail destinations.

This key leadership position oversees the seamless functioning of all operational elements, maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and coordinate teams to achieve centre operational goals, fostering a professional environment for staff, contractors, retailers, and customers.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily activities related to centre presentation, enhancing customer experience through effective budget management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve their best results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all elements of the annual performance cycle are completed by the due date.
  • Conduct regular 1:1's, team meetings, and development conversations - minimum monthly cadence.
  • Effectively manage performance issues in a timely manner.
