About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Leading Hand to join our team at CV2ME. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of civil engineers and technicians in the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of civil engineers and technicians in the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the civil team
  • Ensure the successful completion of civil electrical infrastructure works
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project delivery

The Candidate:

  • Must have previous experience as a leading hand in a similar role
  • Must have experience installing electrical/communications conduits and pit systems
  • Must have a good understanding of civil construction techniques and underground services
  • Must have a valid excavator ticket and a minimum of 12 months experience
  • Must have a MR or HR driving license
  • Must be enthusiastic about working on and off machines
  • Must have high-level organizational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail
  • Must have excellent relationship skills and be a great team player
  • Must have a flexible and easy-going attitude
