Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to undertake the design of mining and infrastructure engineering projects.
- Develop strong project-level client relationships and ensure engineering design outcomes meet client needs, legal requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage workloads for a team of civil engineers and support management across WSP to implement market and client strategies.
- Participate in staff development activities to help them realize their potential and contribute to the success of our people and business.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in mining infrastructure design. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification and be registered as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ). You will also have extensive knowledge of civil engineering to deliver a broad range of civil engineering projects, including earthworks design, road design, drainage infrastructure, and site water management systems.
