Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Governance: Ensure effective management of worker screening, compliance, and position governance activities to maintain a high level of data integrity.
- HR Enquiries: Respond to HR-related enquiries from the business in a timely and professional manner.
- Core Processes: Administer core cyclical processes within People Services, including maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft) and generating HR reports as requested.
- Legislative Knowledge: Maintain in-depth and best-practice understanding of legislation relevant to people compliance, including worker screening, right to work in Australia, and privacy principles.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR generalist role within a heavily regulated industry.
- Knowledge: Demonstrated experience understanding and interpreting the Fair Work Act, as well as sound knowledge of current employment laws, workplace legislation, and regulations.
- Skills: Demonstrated experience in delivering quality people advice and solutions within tight time-frames.
- Salary Packaging: Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax-free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.
