Job Description

As a consultant in our Professional Services team, you will work with enterprise customers to design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. You will collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production-grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect.

You will engage in projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions spanning private and public cloud services, including integration and adaptation of existing enterprise call centers into Amazon Connect.

This is a customer-facing role where you will work with hundreds of the world's largest enterprises to help them deliver their cloud initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in enterprise call centers, workforce management, artificial intelligence, and CRM platforms
  • Experience with software development and building contact center integrations
  • Ability to architect and build large-scale solutions that integrate smoothly in cloud and hybrid operating models for supporting Amazon Connect
