Cloud Architect Role

The primary goal of this position is to develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering value-based solutions, guiding customers towards secure and resilient architectures, and collaborating with account teams to build consumption plans.

This role also involves identifying cross-solution opportunities, consulting strategically to align technical solutions with customer outcomes, and translating customer challenges into industry-aligned solutions that demonstrate ROI.

Additional responsibilities include building trusted relationships with technical and business decision-makers, acting as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to influence product development and improve customer experience.

Leadership skills are also essential in driving resolution strategies for customer dissatisfaction and transformation acceleration.

Requirements
  • Technical consulting experience in SAP technologies is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Alternatively, equivalent experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Customer-facing and project leadership experience.
  • Technical certification in cloud computing (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
