Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing or packaging work center.

  • This is a hands-on role that involves planning, developing, implementing and updating/revising of manufacturing methods, processes and operations.
  • The successful candidate will ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
  • Selecting, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the work center will also be a key responsibility.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by managing a team of individuals to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is necessary for this position.
