Pavement Production Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic leader to oversee the daily management, sales, operational, and financial activities of our Tasmanian pavement production operations.

This role involves managing a multi-faceted team responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality pavement products to customers. You will work closely with area managers to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and engage teams, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and results-driven performance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
