The Core Fund Manager will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of Scape's flagship Core Fund, catering to global institutional investors. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including Investment Management, Finance, Leasing, Marketing, Operations, and Management, to maximize the fund's value and meet investor expectations.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated fund manager who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, think innovatively, and possess exceptional attention to detail. Key qualifications include:

  • Over 10 years of post-qualification experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
  • A strong understanding of the Australian real estate investment market and Core Program processes is desirable
  • Extensive expertise in cash flow modeling and investment valuation techniques, including feasibility analysis, reporting, and investment decision-making
  • Excellent numerical and financial modeling skills
  • Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong external and internal relationships
  • Articulate, credible, confident, and willing to contribute ideas in one-on-one interactions with directors, investors, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that this figure is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary.
