Transformation Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Transformation Assurance team in Sydney, Australia.

You will play a key role in providing independent assurance and advice on major transformation projects, helping businesses create value and improve the way they work.

Your Impact:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project sponsors, program directors and executives in relation to programs of work and transformation activity.
  • Help clients gain confidence that key projects and programs are aligned to their strategic outcomes, are on track and will deliver the required quality of output.
  • Identify key risks to success of projects/programs and recommend solutions to clients.
  • Review and analyse critical project/program artefacts against better practice methodologies.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with internal teams as part of our enterprise assurance approach.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues.
About You:

We are looking for someone with 2-5 years experience in project/program management, coordination or business analysis, who is skilled in proactively identifying project risks and holds an understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, BABOK, or a similar certification).

You should be passionate about being at the forefront of change, ready to be part of our Transformation Assurance team helping organisations de-risk leading transformation projects.

You're collaborative, enjoy working in an innovative environment, a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.
