About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Ingenia Communities. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving awareness, consideration, and action among our target demographic for our portfolio of communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of our national and local area marketing strategy
  • Drive cross-functional project overviews to deliver a holistic view of projects across Marketing, Development, and Sales
  • Develop engaging and educational database communications, including copywriting, graphic asset creation, and reporting
  • Coordinate asset production, such as renders, photography, video shoots, and general marketing collateral
  • Manage community event logistics, including Open Homes and Product Reveals
  • Coordinate regular website content updates with SEO outcomes in mind
  • Maintain online property listings and coordinate data for ROI reporting
  • Support our frontline staff with collateral requests and work with the Marketing Manager to manage the budget for your communities
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in retirement living or property industry
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, experienced at working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Organised, experienced managing multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines
