We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Communities Marketing team at Stockland. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and practices across North Brisbane communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing team in executing local marketing plans and key initiatives, including national and local marketing and sales campaigns, land release activity, and display village and project events.
- Actively manage productivity of suppliers through strong and clear briefing, and implement database communication planning such as eDMs and SMS.
- Develop and manage content for online and offline channels, and maintain project collateral and maintenance.
- Manage digital channel maintenance, including website, property portals, social media, and other key channels.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities.
- Provide administration support, particularly in budget management, and support marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey.
About You
We are looking for someone with appropriate tertiary qualifications, marketing experience, including production of marketing materials, project management experience, strong communications skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be resilient, able to work under pressure, and meet agreed deadlines, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
