Marketing Executive Role

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in the effective execution of marketing activities and campaigns to deliver marketing objectives for the centre and drive the best customer experience for the centre's community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet marketing objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Support the Regional Brand & Marketing Manager in the development of marketing strategies and the tactical amplification of the Centre's Marketing plan.
  • Generate local tactical activity creative briefs with local requirements to be aligned with Vision Strategy and Action Plan (VSA) pillars and national toolkits.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Social Specialist to implement social and digital activity, monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage event, campaign, and activation installations, dismantles, risk assessments, and day-to-day management.
  • Ensure legal and compliance duties, including briefing of terms and conditions and escalating compliance and governance requirements to the necessary teams.
  • Manage financial/budgeting duties, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monthly forecasting, and the annual budgeting process.
  • Localise the national sustainability strategy, including relationship management, community bookings, and data reporting.
  • Provide centre operational support, including centre walks, duty management, customer service desk assistance, hoarding management, PA announcements, visual merchandising, new store support, warden training, maintaining the marketing storeroom, updating resolve, and consumer complaints, and onsite contractor support.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties, including preparing reports, attending CAR Meetings and state meetings, centre administrative support, and the performance management of traffic, sales, and campaign PIRs and compliance reporting.

Requirements
  • Proven marketing experience with a strong understanding of modern, results-driven marketing.
  • Event implementation and management skills.
  • Proofreading and editing skills.
  • Interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Financial acumen and proven performance to drive value and commercial results.
  • Strong organisational, compliance, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and develop/maintain strategic relationships.
