Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Disability Support Specialist to support vulnerable members of the community. As an advocate and role model, you will work closely with individuals, families, and carers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality support services.
- Develop meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
- Broaden the knowledge and capacity of those supporting participants in their lives.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
- Flexibility in choosing your hours and days, with the option to work from home or office/clinic settings.
- An excellent remuneration package, including car allowance, phone, laptop, and salary packaging options.

- Registration as a Suitable or Core NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
