Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Specialist to support vulnerable members of the community. As an advocate and role model, you will work closely with individuals, families, and carers to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Develop meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
  • Broaden the knowledge and capacity of those supporting participants in their lives.

Requirements
  • Registration as a Suitable or Core NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional or related field (e.g., OT, Speech, Social Work, Psychology).
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and reviewing behaviour support plans.
  • A genuine passion for working in the Disability sector.
