The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing hotels, licensed clubs, licensed restaurants, or cafes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of a thriving Surf Club
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Delivering premium customer service
- Leading from the front line
Required skills and qualifications include:
Essential Requirements- RSA & RCG; an Approved Managers License (RMLV) is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Gaming (MAX Gaming), Data Base (Swift Pos), Social Media, and Marketing is an advantage
- Experience in Functions and Events Coordination
- Proficiency in stock control, ordering, and merchandising
- Strong planning and organizational skills
Bonus points for those with RSA, RCG, and strong hotel management experience
