Project Coordinator Role

As a key member of our civil projects team, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects across the minor capital team. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely delivery while navigating complex project management.

The role involves working closely with operational staff to align with Melbourne Water's Motor Vehicle policy and facilitate travel across the Werribee region using an operational vehicle.

To succeed in this position, you will require strong project management capabilities, experience in civil construction and Natural Resource Management, and proficiency in corporate systems like Maximo and/or Project Online.

About You
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in civil construction and Natural Resource Management.
  • Proven financial estimate, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of or ability to use corporate systems like Maximo and/or Project Online.
  • Strong technical-commercial orientation and financial acumen.
  • Experience in exercising high-level independence and decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record check.
  • Valid Victorian Drivers license.
