About Incident Management Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Incident Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the management of our Compliance Management Framework by providing procedural compliance advice to ensure we operate in compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Assessing incidents and breaches (non-IT) and engaging with multiple stakeholders to build constructive working relationships and promote robust management systems and compliance culture within the organization.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our compliance framework and work closely with our Risk and Compliance team to ensure that our organization is operating in compliance with regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years' experience in a compliance, risk or auditing role. You should also have a good understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks that impact our service offerings and solutions.
