This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth release of software into complex banking environments while maintaining incident management best practices.
We are looking for a professional with experience in release management in complex multi-instance environments, ideally in SAAS providers or similar multi-client organisations. Additionally, they should have an understanding of complex software solutions in regulated industries such as banking.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working in Agile Software environments and frequent release environments, as well as managing IT Incidents. They must possess a bias towards action problem-solving mindset and willingness to drive solutions to complex challenges.
A proven track record of driving alignment across multiple teams and external partners is also required. The ability to navigate ambiguity, knowledge of emerging fintech trends and technologies, and startup experience are highly valued.
