Experienced Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced end-to-end payroll professional to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in processing complex payroll processes, working with multiple EBA's and possessing excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective processing of end-to-end payroll across various pay runs, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payments.
- Facilitating payroll adjustments for salary increments, new hires, termination payments, and other deductions.
- Assisting with month-end process and reconciliations, including superannuation, payroll tax, and workcover payments.
- Providing timely and accurate payroll advice and support to employees and managers.
- Working with multiple awards and interpreting relevant EBAs as required.
- 2-4 years of end-to-end payroll experience.
- Experience in processing pay runs of over 300 employees.
- Proficiency in using larger well-known payroll systems, such as SAP or ADP.
- Ability to interpret multiple awards and EBAs.
- Passion for payroll and a desire to learn and grow skillset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form good internal relationships.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Part-time position (4 days per week) with one day worked from home.
- Flexibility in start/finish times.
- Salary range $85,000-$90,000 + super pro rata.
- Ongoing training provided on all systems and processes.
