About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to strengthen and develop your clinical expertise by providing assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals with neurological disorders and disabilities. You will work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, clients, and their families and caregivers in community settings and clinics.

  • Assess client needs, design therapy plans, and advocate on their behalf.
  • Work with participants with Autism, Post-Stroke, and Parkinson's disease.

You will be part of a dynamic workforce that values structured onboarding and ongoing support for all staff. Our team ensures you receive dedicated, tailored support from experienced professionals.

Your Support System
  • A Team Leader to assist with systems and practices.
  • A Clinical Supervisor for formal weekly meetings and guidance on professional development.
  • A buddy for ad-hoc questions and support.
  • A multidisciplinary team for collaboration and learning.
Requirements

We are looking for driven, autonomous Speech Pathologists who are passionate about their career goals. Key requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and 1+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000. If you meet these criteria, we would love to discuss this opportunity further.
