Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans in diverse settings, including home environments, day centers, parks, and other community locations.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with participants and their families, witnessing the lasting impact of your work and celebrating every milestone, big or small.
- Manage a varied caseload within a supportive environment, prioritizing participant care hours and working towards a balanced target of 5 hours per day.
