The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Quality Engineer to join our Product and Innovation team based in Port Kembla. This role will focus on painted product quality and performance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support painted product quality through process improvements and ensure product standards
  • Provide technical support on paint lines while striving for business improvements and manufacturing excellence
  • Assess and analyse data to identify opportunities to enhance the performance of our painted products
  • Work collaboratively within our manufacturing plant to ensure painted product quality
About You
  • You should have tertiary qualifications in materials or chemical engineering
  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry is essential
  • A commitment to safety and wellbeing is paramount
  • Developed communication and influencing skills are required to build constructive relationships
  • Ability to coordinate technical projects and work seamlessly with other departments is necessary
