Driving Excellence: Product Quality Specialist

This position is open to a highly motivated individual who will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and capability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support painted product quality through process improvements and ensuring product standards.
- Provide technical support on paint lines while striving for business improvements and manufacturing excellence.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities to enhance the performance of our painted products.
- Work collaboratively within our manufacturing plant to ensure painted product quality.
- Tertiary qualifications in materials or chemical engineering.
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry – operational, process, or technical environment.
- A commitment to safety and wellbeing.
- Developed communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to coordinate technical projects and work seamlessly with other departments.
