Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a small team responsible for implementing best-practice procurement and prison stores processes.
  • Provide financial and procurement analysis, monitoring and reporting advice to the Finance Supervisor and Finance Manager.
  • Manage stocktakes and coordinate stock purchasing according to relevant financial delegation guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Well-developed computer literacy and experience in managing stores, warehousing, and procurement services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, professional development, and performance management skills.
