">We are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our team as an Employer Partnerships Manager. As a key connector between employers and job seekers, you will build strong business relationships and ensure sustainable employment outcomes.
">About the Role">- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local and national employers to create customised, inclusive job opportunities.
- Drive high performance and contribute to the growth and success of our services by exceeding targets.
- Advocate for inclusive employment practices and support employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.
- Collaborate with Employment Consultants, Allied Health Clinicians, and Rehabilitation Consultants to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.
- Promote the benefits of hiring people with disability, helping businesses realise the value of a diverse workforce.
