About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Corporate Counsel to join our Marketing, Digital and Service business units. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a vital role in providing support and service to our business units, including reviewing marketing materials and sales collateral, and preparing offer and competition terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and advise on marketing materials and sales collateral to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare offer and competition terms and conditions to ensure they are clear, concise, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Act as a key legal contact for specific marketing launches, providing strategic advice and risk analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide strategic advice and risk analysis for key areas of TPG Telecom, including marketing and digital initiatives.
  • Deliver timely, creative, and commercially astute strategic legal advice and support to our business units, aligned with our operational and strategic plans.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders within TPG Telecom, anticipating business, legal, and regulatory issues, and seeking to effect pragmatic customer-focused solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Build effective relationships and positively influence TPG Telecom and key stakeholders by acting in a manner closely aligned to our values.
  • Assist in training key stakeholders on advertising law issues.
  • Provide support to the Head of the Marketing, Digital and Sales Channels Legal Team, the General Counsel, and Group Executive Legal & External Affairs.
Requirements
  • Law degree.
  • 1-2 years post-admission experience.
  • Proficiency in applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong intellect, well-developed analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
