About the Position:
The Territory Manager role involves driving sales, profit, and growth in key markets. The successful candidate will travel extensively to engage with customers, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
We seek a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent customer-facing skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving revenue targets and growth objectives
- Developing business strategies for key customers and executing effective engagement plans
- Identifying opportunities for expansion and establishing new accounts using CRM software
- Managing customer service and product-related issues
- Providing product training for customers and end-users
- Maintaining merchandising systems and reporting on competitor activity and market intelligence
About You:
Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on Rural, Irrigation, Hardware, and OEM markets
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Highly driven and results-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resilient and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
