- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, adhering to established procedures.
- Support other areas of the hotel during peak times as needed.

- Implement agreed-upon revenue strategies and practices.
Requirements
- Ability to create 'memorable moments' for guests, possessing a bright and bubbly customer service style.
- Skills and training for effective complaint handling.
- Capacity to manage time efficiently, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining high security awareness.
- Outcome-driven approach to performance and results.
- Experience with PMS systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
