Requirements

  • Ability to create 'memorable moments' for guests, possessing a bright and bubbly customer service style.
  • Skills and training for effective complaint handling.
  • Capacity to manage time efficiently, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining high security awareness.
  • Outcome-driven approach to performance and results.
  • Experience with PMS systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
