Drive Equity and Access in Aboriginal Health

We are seeking an experienced leader to guide our organisation's programs and initiatives for Aboriginal people and communities, driving improved equity and access to health outcomes across NSW.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team, build relationships and connections that make a lasting impact, and contribute to the development and implementation of key strategies and programs.

As the lead, you will provide strategic guidance and advice across the organisation on programs and initiatives for Aboriginal people and communities, develop and maintain key relationships with communities and stakeholders, and contribute to the development and implementation of key strategies and programs.

You will be part of a team guiding and influencing Aboriginal health strategies and outcomes in a leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and advice on programs and initiatives for Aboriginal people and communities.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with communities and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of key strategies and programs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to use expertise and knowledge to provide culturally appropriate advice.
  • Proven track record building and maintaining relationships with key Aboriginal organisations and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering outcomes to meet Aboriginal needs within a public sector setting.
  • Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities working with diverse stakeholders.
