Note: This is a dedicated Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander position. Applicants must be able to prove Aboriginal descent through parentage, identification as being an Aboriginal person and being accepted in the community as such. The Role

We're looking for an Aboriginal Health Research Lead to drive culturally safe, Aboriginal-led research across our custodial health services. In this role, you'll:

  • Champion Indigenous research methods and ethical, community-driven projects
  • Build and mentor the Aboriginal research workforce
  • Partner with communities, ACCHOs, and universities to deliver research with real impact
  • Ensure research outcomes are shared in meaningful and culturally appropriate ways
