
Senior Sales and Business Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead our new retail branch in Dorado, PR. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving sales strategies, building a high-performing team, and establishing a strong presence in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with our retail business strategy.
- Lead by example, actively engaging in prospecting and lead generation, identifying potential clients and converting them into customers.
- Oversee business development activities at the branch, resulting in significant growth in customer relationships, loan portfolios, and deposit portfolios.
- Drive positive dynamics among branch team members, fostering a healthy work environment and promoting teamwork and synergies.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a proactive and superior service culture within the branch.
- Support our digital transformation by encouraging the team to promote transaction migration and customer adoption.
- Strengthen bank relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, effective interactions, and professional presentation.
- Maintain a franchise model at the branch, ensuring decisions and actions align with our values, attributes, and value proposition.
- Oversee direct reports, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure compliance with our values and service standards.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master of Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the banking industry, with at least four years of management experience.
- Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting systems, and other business applications essential.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, gather data, evaluate solutions, and recommend alternatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required.
