
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative support specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Client Care Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless delivery of client services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating service appointments and schedules for field technicians.
- Liaising between clients and technicians to ensure clear communication and timely service.
- Overseeing supplier arrangements, stock supply, control, and pricing.
- Using job-management software to maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and prepare quotes for follow-up work.
- Monitoring service progress and follow up as required.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including over the phone, and prompt and professional response to client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborating with other team members to prioritise and schedule service requests.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
