Building Surveyor Opportunity

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team in Northern NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and issuing building approvals in various local government areas.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor who can work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and codes, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing building plans and issuing approvals;
  • Conducting site inspections and reporting findings;
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements;
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A degree in Building Surveying or a related field;
  • License: Current holder of a BPB building inspector/surveyor license;
  • Experience: Previous experience working as a qualified building surveyor in NSW;
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
