Our client is a leading building certification and building inspection company servicing Northern NSW and South East Queensland. From residential building approvals to large-scale commercial certifications, they have every one of your building bases covered.
The RoleDue to expanding business opportunities our client has a full-time position available for an experienced Building Surveyor in their Tweed Heads office. They provide a friendly work environment with highly experienced staff, where communication and discussion between building surveyors is part of the culture.
Responsibilities- Previous experience working as a qualified building surveyor in NSW;
- Current holder or ability to hold BPB building inspector/surveyor licence
- Current car licence and ability to carry out building inspections across Northern NSW;
- Ability to work in both a team environment or autonomously as required.
- Experience assessing and issuing building approvals in NSW local government areas for Class 1 and 10 (Class 2-9 experience beneficial but not necessary);
- Experience with approval and inspection of Class 1 and 10.
- Interest in furthering your qualifications and industry experience.
A vehicle will be provided. An attractive remuneration package will be provided based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
