Senior Product Manager - Implementation

We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Product Manager – Implementation to lead the development and delivery of innovative superannuation and retirement solutions that deliver greater security for our members' future.

The Opportunity

As a key member of our Product & Retirement team, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing our product and retirement income strategies. You'll lead initiatives that enhance our product offering, drive member engagement, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.

  • Lead strategic product and retirement initiatives aligned with our vision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions that meet our members' needs.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements.
  • Drive operational excellence and support distribution strategies.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy including proven experience in design and delivery of new-to-market solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
