Role Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver high performance, capability development, and alignment with organisational values.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive property lifecycle planning program to ensure serviceability of assets and infrastructure.
  • Oversee maintenance programs for properties, manage asset registers, and property maintenance request services.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective facility operations by implementing preventative maintenance and lifecycle programs.
  • Identify strategies to improve living environments and maintain property assets in a cost-effective manner.
  • Develop effective business partnerships to support customer-focused projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Property, Construction Management, Business or Finance, or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing facilities management and asset management strategies to drive business results.
  • Knowledge of key legislation, relevant standards, and contemporary property development and asset management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of professionals with strong understanding of best practice policies and procedures.
  • Highly developed written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills including influencing and negotiation.
