Job Description

The Head of Growth and Innovation is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving customer and revenue growth through business development, marketing, and partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging their expertise in business development, marketing, and partnerships to enhance our market awareness and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy
    • Design and implement a growth strategy that drives customer and revenue growth through business development, marketing, and partnerships.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging our leadership team and Board for key relationships and business development activities.
  • Lead Business Development and Marketing Efforts
    • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth, leveraging our leadership team and Board for key relationships and business development activities.
    • Lead marketing efforts to enhance our market awareness and reputation, including developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships
    • Develop and execute a strategic partnerships plan to drive revenue growth and enhance our market awareness and reputation.
    • Identify and capitalize on new partnership opportunities, leveraging our leadership team and Board for key relationships and business development activities.
  • Contribute to Business Strategy and Culture Development
    • Contribute to the development of our overall business strategy, priorities, and culture.
    • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business growth and enhance our market awareness and reputation.

Requirements

  • Commercial Acumen and Cross-Functional Leadership Experience
    • Proven commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership experience in a fast-moving technological environment.
    • Ability to engage across the full scope of the business, leveraging expertise in business development, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms tailored to the technical level of the audience.
    • Ability to present to small and large groups in formal and informal settings.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and ESG Industries
    • Knowledge of the real estate and ESG industries, including critical decision points and trends, commercial considerations, and implications of technology investments.
    • Ability to formulate business cases and ROI for implementing our platform.
